Evaluate your Vietnamese Level B2 (CEFR) proficiency in professional negotiations, commercial contracts, and high-register business discourse. This exam tests upper-intermediate competence in legal terminology, contractual obligations, formal stylistics, and nuanced cultural idioms.
What This Exam Covers:
- Commercial Contracts & Business Law: Key clauses (điều khoản bất khả kháng, thỏa thuận bảo mật), intellectual property (sở hữu trí tuệ), and mutual benefit (đôi bên cùng có lợi).
- High-Register Stylistics & Transition: Elevating administrative vocabulary (đổi mới, do đó, đồng thuận) and precise legal formulations.
- Dispute Resolution & Arbitration: Negotiating in good faith (tinh thần thiện chí) and resolving breach of contract claims (bồi thường thiệt hại).
- Expressive Nuances & Cultural Idioms: Literary reduplicatives (từ láy), modal final particles (nhé, cơ, ư), and allegorical proverbs.
Exam Specifications: 15 multiple-choice questions with 4 answer choices each (timed: 35 minutes).
