This exam tests intermediate workplace communication for detailing work experience, articulating strengths and weaknesses, negotiating compensation, and discussing long-term career growth.
What This Exam Covers:
- Professional Experience & Competencies: Describing work history (kinh nghiệm làm việc), core strengths (điểm mạnh), and resilience under pressure.
- Application Dossiers & Credentials: Terminology for resumes (sơ yếu lý lịch / CV), cover letters (thư ứng tuyển), and academic degrees.
- Compensation & Company Benefits: Discussing salary expectations (mức lương kỳ vọng), probation terms, and insurance packages (chế độ đãi ngộ).
- Career Goals & Interview Etiquette: Articulating advancement opportunities (cơ hội thăng tiến), role alignment (phù hợp với…), and professional gratitude.
Exam Specifications: 15 multiple-choice questions with 4 answer choices each (timed: 30 minutes).
